CLO #1: “Acknowledge your and others’ range of linguistic differences as resources, and draw on those resources to develop rhetorical sensibility”

This CLO was achieved on multiple occasions. The water purification system project I have completed with my group is a great example of this. The project is located in puerto rico, where English is not everyones first language, therefore, the vocabulary used had to be adjusted to commonly used terms. Another aspect of this is reflected in the technical description of the system. The water purification system is presented in simple means without any extra jargon and a basic diagram is included to help non-professionals understand the system. All of this combined achieved the purpose of CLO # 1. Examples are shown below:
