A technical description is a document that describes a product’s function, components, and organization. The main requirement for this is description. A technical description can be used for a multitude of things, including but not limited to accident reports, product specifications/instructions, and proposals. A good technical description combines imagery along with the text to make it easier for people to comprehend. Providing background information about the company might be good as well, and dividing the product description into parts and functionality can help keep the paper organized. In my description of a 0.4 mm pilot pen, I had to revise grammar, citations, and small figure errors. I also had to revise to include more aspects of functionality. The revised version is attached below.
