Over the course of this semester, we have completed a PSA that connected engineering and sustainability. The project was a multi-modal project presented digitally and orally. The purpose of the PSA was to persuade, call to action, in order to solve the problem presented. My groupmates and I chose to focus on the NYRP project that focused on replanting the chestnut tree in New York. We have done multiple revisions to this project based on our classmates’ feedback. Including but not limited to, changing the layout of our PSA, font sizes, grammar, length, and purpose. Since the PSA was limited to 45 seconds only the most important information was kept in the video. The PSA video is attached below.
